STI-Global is a security and risk management engineering company operating in the transportation, mining and industrial sectors. The Group offers a range of track and rollingstock products, and wireless data systems and solutions for railways, mines & public utilities to improve efficiencies, minimise operational and personnel risks and reduce costs. The company also has an interest in a facial and object recognition technology. The Group operates in Australia, Europe, United States and India.

Commercial Activities

The Company provides a range of products, systems and services that offers protection to high-value and potentially high-risk infrastructure in key industrial sectors including railway networks, mining operations, public and private utilities and processing plants. In addition, the Company offers speciality heavy haul and freight railway consulting services through the Railway Dynamics Group.

The Company uses its intellectual property and extensive personnel expertise and experience to generate new products and systems to address complex problems and environments which are often difficult to solve by conventional systems, or are too expensive. A key element of these many of these products and systems is the ability to integrate and offer wireless connectivity, spatial mapping and other advanced technologies. These systems provide sustainable benefits and improve outcomes for customers, personnel, consumers and the environment.

Proprietary Technologies

The Company has a rich intellectual property portfolio including amongst other IP the Train Integrity Network System (TINS™) a real-time, wirelessly enabled wagon wheel and bogie monitoring system; a "Vehicle Identification Tracking Recording & Control" system called VITRAC™ for train tracking and the 3D facial and object recognition system.

STI-Global operates in Australia, Europe, India and the Americas through its fully owned subsidiary located in Spain and have offices in Sydney, Perth, Madrid and Baltimore, a representative office in Argentina and a strategic relationship with a large company in India.
